Sourced from Finca La Colombia in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, this Colombian coffee comes from Cafe Lumbus. Grown at altitudes between 1,800–2,050 metres above sea level, these Caturra beans benefit from the region’s high productivity, quality-focused farming, and ideal growing conditions.

Finca La Colombia is spread across 109 hectares with over 280,000 coffee trees. The coffee is washed processed, helping to produce a clean and balanced cup while preserving its full-bodied richness, soft sweetness, and distinctive fruit character.

Roasted to a medium level, Chinook is perfect for filter drinkers who enjoy a full-bodied coffee with balanced acidity, and espresso drinkers who prefer a sweet, smooth cup. It also works beautifully with milk or enjoyed black.
