Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns on any opened coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit, or not up to our usual standards), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, we’ll process it back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
