Why Honor?

Honor doesn’t just post about aviation, she lives it. She understands the emotion, the obsession, the excitement, and the slightly nerdy joy that comes with flight. The same things that drive our customers to message us after their first brew, or stop us at the airport or on flights to talk coffee and aeroplanes for far longer than planned.

From day one, Jet Bean has grown through conversation. DMs, comments, voice notes, hangar chats, and coffees shared in unlikely places. Honor gets that instinctively, and now she’s here to turn it into something bigger.

Building a Real Community (Not Just Followers)

One of Honor’s first focuses will be growing our WhatsApp community - a proper inner circle for Jet Bean.

This isn’t about spam or sales messages. It’s about aviation and coffee chats, early access, behind-the-scenes stories, first dibs on limited releases, and being part of the journey as we build something genuinely different in aviation coffee.

Think of it as the Jet Bean crew room.

Taking Our Subscription to the Next Level

We’ve got big plans for our upcoming changes to our coffee subscription, and Honor will be leading the charge on shaping what that experience really feels like.

Not just “coffee through the letterbox every month” - but a subscription that connects you to aircraft, stories, places, and people. Limited coffees, exclusive drops, and experiences that actually feel worth being part of.

Which brings us neatly to…

Money-Can’t-Buy Experiences 

This is the bit I’m personally most excited about.

Honor will be curating and organising Jet Bean experiences - fly-ins, meet-ups, talks, and moments that you simply can’t buy off a website. The kind of events where coffee is the excuse, aviation is the common language, and you leave having met people you’ll remember.

If you know Jet Bean, you know this has been the vision from the start.

And Yes… She’s Running Our Socials 

Finally (and bravely), Honor will be taking the controls of our social media.

Expect more storytelling, more access, more personality, and more of the world we’re building, from the roastery to the runway, and everywhere in between.

Jet Bean Coffee started with a simple question: why is the coffee in aviation so bad?

Since then, it’s become a community, a conversation, and a slightly mad adventure, and bringing Honor on board feels like a big step forward in doing this properly.
