Origin
Aba Nura, Ethiopia
Grown in the highlands of Jimma at 2,000–2,100 metres above sea level, this coffee comes from Mohammed Aba Nura, part of the Tokuma Group of smallholder farmers. Using the JARC 74110 varietal and a careful natural process, the cherries are dried on raised beds to develop depth, complexity and brightness in the cup.

Roasted Light to Medium
Roasted to a light–medium level to highlight its fruit-forward character and floral aromatics. Ideal for filter and equally impressive as an espresso. For best results, allow the beans to rest for at least ten days before brewing.
