Produced by Juan Carlos Mejía at Finca La Secreta in Ciudad Bolívar, Antioquia, this is a coffee that pushes the boundaries of Colombian specialty coffee. Grown between 1,700–2,050 metres above sea level, the farm combines meticulous cultivation with innovative processing to create truly distinctive coffees.

This lot undergoes an anaerobic Lychee Honey fermentation, where fresh lychee, natural fruit concentrates and carefully selected yeasts are introduced during fermentation. The result is an intensely aromatic cup bursting with tropical fruit sweetness while retaining remarkable clarity and balance.
