There’s something effortlessly elegant about a cappuccino. It’s the kind of drink that demands pause - a moment of calm before takeoff, or a ritual to wrap up a long-haul day. At Jet Bean, our Concorde Cappuccino is inspired by the iconic aircraft that redefined speed and luxury. But while the Concorde broke records, this roast is made to help you slow down.
Whether you’re sipping in your galley, brewing in your kitchen, or fuelling up before flight prep, here are my favourite ways to enjoy this iconic blend.
What Makes Concorde Cappuccino So Special?
Our Concorde Cappuccino blend is all about smoothness and balance. With Ugandan single origin beans roasted to a medium profile, it delivers rich notes of toasted almonds, milk chocolate, and caramel—perfect for classic milk drinks.
It’s roasted with milk in mind. Frothy, creamy, aerated milk. Just like a cappuccino should be.
✈️ Recipe 1: The Classic Concorde Cappuccino
Perfect for: Ground crew mornings and in-flight rituals
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
-
1 shot (30ml) Concorde Cappuccino espresso
-
150ml cold milk (whole or oat works best)
-
Cocoa powder (optional)
Method:
-
Brew your espresso shot using an espresso machine or stovetop moka pot.
-
Steam or froth your milk until it’s velvety and airy.
-
Pour the milk over your espresso, holding back the foam, then top with a thick layer of foam.
-
Dust with cocoa if you like it classic.
Tia's Tip: Heat your mug first - it helps keep the foam intact and the temperature just right.
☁️ Recipe 2: Cloud Layer Iced Cappuccino
Perfect for: Pre-flight pick-me-ups in summer or post-landing wind-downs
Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
-
Double shot of Concorde Cappuccino (cooled)
-
Ice cubes
-
100ml cold milk
-
1 tsp sugar syrup or honey (optional)
Method:
-
Fill a glass with ice.
-
Pour in the cold espresso.
-
Add milk and sweetener if using.
-
Froth a small amount of milk and float it on top.
This one’s like Concorde flying through the clouds - bold on the bottom, fluffy on top.
🌙 Recipe 3: Concorde Nightcap with Dreamliner Twist
Perfect for: Sunday nights or quiet hotel layovers
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
-
1 shot Concorde Cappuccino
-
1 shot Dreamliner Decaf (to tone down the buzz)
-
150ml steamed oat milk
-
Dash of vanilla extract or cinnamon
Method:
-
Brew one shot of each espresso.
-
Combine into your favourite evening mug.
-
Steam oat milk and mix with vanilla or cinnamon.
-
Pour over and sip slowly.
Why not mix the past (Concorde) with your dreams (Dreamliner)? It's my go-to for evening flights or late landings.
Final Boarding Call
