The Coffee

Flavour Profile: Chocolate, Walnut Whip & Caramel

Sourced from the rolling hills of Sao Paulo, our Brazil Santos coffee beans are a testament to the country’s rich coffee heritage. Grown at altitudes between 900-1,200 meters above sea level, these beans benefit from the warm climate, rich volcanic soil, and steady rainfall, ideal conditions for slow, even ripening. This allows the beans to develop their signature smooth body and naturally sweet flavour profile.

Brazil is known for its natural and pulped natural (honey) processing methods, which enhance the coffees inherent sweetness and nutty undertones. These techniques allow the natural sugars to infuse into the bean during drying, resulting in a cup that is rich, creamy, and effortlessly drinkable.
